Start Here: A Simple Map of Exoserva
Question: Where should a new field-service team begin so work does not get lost between an incoming request, the schedule, the field, and billing?
Use this map to find the next right record
This community library explains operational workflows in plain language. Begin with the customer’s current situation, then open the guide for the next decision. Do not try to configure every area at once.

A simple operating loop
- Capture the request factually.
- Verify the correct record and missing information.
- Assign one next owner.
- Plan or escalate the work through an approved decision.
- Record what actually happened in the job or work order.
- Review estimates, invoices, or follow-ups separately from the work status.
- Close only when the record supports the outcome.
If you do not know the next step, do not guess. Create a human task with the question that needs a decision.
Keep every record safe
Use only the minimum information needed for the next action. Do not put passwords, access codes, payment data, private documents, real customer screenshots, internal URLs, or unverified promises into shared notes or public guides.
Boundaries
This map is a navigation aid, not a guarantee of product availability or an operating result. It does not prove that a feature is enabled, a workflow is configured, a job is booked, a message was delivered, a payment was processed, or work was completed. Verify current behavior in the appropriate approved record and process.
