Hey everyone! Big update this week — lots of fixes based on your feedback, mobile app improvements, and major work on the website.


Voice AI Assistant

  • Phone number management — you can now add, configure, and remove phone numbers for AI calls directly from Settings
  • Updated demo page — try the voice assistant in action without connecting your own number
  • TCPA compliance — voice calls now fully comply with consumer protection regulations

Dispatching & Technicians

  • Automatic technician performance tracking — the system now calculates completion rates, customer ratings, and revenue per technician daily. Data is available in each employee’s profile
  • Smarter job assignment — the dispatch scoring engine is now more resilient. Previously, missing technician data could cause the page to fail to load — that’s fixed
  • GPS tracking — fixed technician status display on the map. Statuses could previously show incorrectly

Bug Fixes

  • Employee invitations — roles and access levels are now assigned correctly when sending invitations. Previously they could fail silently
  • Business hours settings — fixed a bug where fields appeared empty on first open
  • Google Calendar — calendar connection works again. There was an OAuth authorization issue
  • Email templates — fixed a crash when editing a template with an empty body
  • Safety standards — the toggle now works as on/off instead of deleting the record
  • Team filters — you can now filter by role (position) instead of status
  • Login — fixed reCAPTCHA blocking login in test environments
  • Invoices & payments — fixed calculation errors that could display NaN amounts

Interface

  • Sidebar collapse — the sidebar now collapses and expands with a button or Cmd+B (Ctrl+B on Windows). More workspace when you need it
  • Real-time notifications — reworked the delivery mechanism. Previously, unstable connections could trigger false authorization errors
  • Faster loading — server requests reduced by 72%. Pages and dashboards open noticeably faster

Mobile App

  • Updated forms for creating customers, estimates, properties, and work orders — added missing fields
  • Privacy settings added
  • Improved loading skeletons — no more screen flickering while data loads
  • Translations updated across all languages

Website

  • Redesigned landing page with a new focus: “We Answer Every Call and Book Jobs For You” — showing the path from call to paid job in 4 steps
  • New “What You Replace” section — side-by-side comparison of what you currently pay for separate tools vs. one platform
  • Added About and Features pages
  • 10 new competitor comparison pages — FieldEdge, Workiz, FieldPulse, Zuper, SimPRO, GorillaDesk, Kickserv, ServiceFusion, mHelpDesk, ServiceM8
  • 17 new blog articles — practical guides on voice AI for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, dispatching, and call privacy

Security

  • Data isolation — strengthened protection between different company accounts at the database level
  • Estimate saving — now atomic: either saves completely (with line items) or not at all. Previously, a failure could leave partially saved documents

Localization

~900 new translations across all 10 languages — German, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Vietnamese, Chinese.
