Technician Profiles
Each technician has a rich profile: contact info, skill set (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical), certification status, and service territories. Skills are rated by proficiency level, which feeds into the scheduling algorithm for optimal job-technician matching.
How It Works
The skills editor allows managers to assign skills with proficiency levels (Beginner → Intermediate → Expert). Certifications have expiry dates with automatic renewal alerts. Territories are defined as geographic zones that determine which jobs a technician can accept.
