Subscription Simplification
The previous multi-tier pricing was confusing for customers. The new 2-plan system is clear: Starter ($49/month) for small teams with core features, and Professional ($149/month) for growing businesses with AI, voice, and integrations. The trial → paid conversion flow now handles edge cases (expired cards, plan changes, seat adjustments).
How It Works
New tenants start with a 14-day trial of Professional. At trial end, they choose a plan. The billing page shows feature comparison, handles plan changes (pro-rated), and manages seats. Stripe handles payment processing with webhook-driven status updates.
