Beyond Dashboards
Traditional analytics show what happened. Predictive analytics show what will happen and why. The causal analysis panel identifies relationships: “A 10% increase in response time correlates with a 15% decrease in customer retention.” Time series forecasting projects revenue, demand, and resource needs with confidence intervals.
How It Works
The analytics engine applies statistical models to operational data: time series decomposition separates trend, seasonality, and noise; correlation analysis finds relationships between variables; and causal inference suggests which metrics drive others. All results are presented with confidence scores and natural language explanations.
