Resident Experience

Tenants (residents) want a simple way to report issues and track resolution. The portal provides: submit a maintenance request with photos, track the work order through resolution, communicate with management, and view upcoming maintenance schedules for their unit.

How It Works

Residents log into a simplified portal using their email. The request form captures: issue category, description, photos, urgency level, and preferred access times. Submitted requests automatically create work orders in the management system. Residents receive status updates at each stage.
