Supplier Network Management
Field service and property management companies rely on vendor networks for specialized work. The vendor portal manages: vendor profiles, COI compliance (insurance certificates), capacity tracking, and workload distribution. Vendors see their assignments and can update their availability directly.
How It Works
Vendors are onboarded with required documentation (COI, licenses, insurance). The system tracks document expiry dates and sends renewal reminders. Capacity tracking shows each vendor’s current workload vs. capacity. The workload balancer suggests optimal vendor assignment for new jobs based on availability, specialization, and proximity.
