TL;DR: Lease tracking is live. Property managers can manage lease terms, renewal dates, rent schedules, and tenant (resident) communication from within Exoserva.

Property Management Focus
Exoserva serves both field service companies and property managers. Lease management bridges the gap: property managers track leases alongside maintenance, tying resident information to properties and work orders. Renewal alerts prevent month-to-month lapses, and rent roll reports show portfolio financial health.
How It Works
Each lease links a tenant (resident) to a property unit with terms: start date, end date, monthly rent, deposit, and special conditions. The renewal pipeline shows upcoming expirations with action buttons (renew, renegotiate, terminate). Work orders automatically associate with the relevant lease and resident.
