Proactive Maintenance
Reactive maintenance (fixing things when they break) costs 3-5x more than preventive maintenance (scheduled upkeep). The maintenance scheduler auto-generates jobs based on templates: “HVAC filter change every 3 months,” “Annual fire safety inspection.” Property managers set it and forget it.
How It Works
Maintenance templates define: task description, frequency (weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual), required skills, estimated duration, and checklist items. The scheduler runs daily, checks which templates are due, and creates jobs automatically. Assigned technicians receive the job with the full maintenance checklist.
