Regulatory Readiness
Field service companies face regulatory requirements: licensed technicians, safety protocols, insurance compliance, and incident documentation. The safety module tracks all of it: who is certified for what, when certifications expire, which safety procedures apply to each job type, and incident reports when things go wrong.
How It Works
Each certification is tracked per technician with expiry dates and renewal requirements. Job types are linked to required certifications and safety checklists. Before dispatching, the system verifies the technician holds all required certifications. Safety checklists must be completed before a job can be marked complete.
