Digital Approvals
Printing, signing, scanning, and emailing documents is a friction point that delays revenue. E-signatures eliminate this. Send an estimate from Exoserva, the customer signs on their phone, and the approved estimate auto-converts to a job — all in minutes.
How It Works
When an estimate needs approval, the system generates a signature request via HelloSign. The customer receives an email with a signing link. On completion, the signed PDF is stored, the estimate status updates to Approved, and the invoice generation workflow triggers automatically.
