Calendar Awareness
Technicians use personal calendars for appointments, training, and time off. Without calendar sync, dispatchers schedule over personal commitments, leading to conflicts and no-shows. Now, personal calendar events automatically block availability, and job assignments appear on the technician’s calendar.
How It Works
OAuth2 connects each technician’s calendar. Exoserva reads events to calculate availability and writes job assignments as calendar events. Changes in either system propagate within minutes. Technicians see their full day — personal and work — in one place.
