Lead Generation Pipeline
Thumbtack is the largest lead generation platform for home services. The integration captures Thumbtack leads in real-time and feeds them into Exoserva’s lead pipeline. The AI Sales Agent responds within seconds, dramatically improving conversion rates compared to the industry average response time of 4+ hours.
How It Works
Thumbtack sends lead notifications via webhook. The integration creates a lead record, enriches it with Thumbtack’s service details and customer info, and triggers the AI Sales Agent for immediate response. Conversion tracking follows the lead from Thumbtack through qualification to booked job.
