Seamless Migration
Many field service companies already use HouseCall Pro. Rather than forcing a cold switch, the HCP integration enables a gradual migration. Data flows both ways: create a job in either system and it appears in both. This lets teams adopt Exoserva incrementally while maintaining their existing workflows.
How It Works
OAuth2 authentication connects the tenant’s HCP account. An initial sync imports all customers, properties, jobs, and invoices. After that, webhooks keep both systems in sync. Conflict resolution uses “last write wins” with a configurable priority (HCP-primary or Exoserva-primary).
