Data-Driven Decisions
Instead of guessing which voice greeting converts better, now you test it. The A/B testing framework supports experiments across: voice agent scripts, UI component variations, AI prompt strategies, and notification timing. Each experiment runs until statistical significance is reached.
How It Works
Experiments define variants, traffic split ratios, and success metrics. The framework assigns users to variants deterministically (hash-based, so the same user always sees the same variant). Results are tracked and displayed with conversion rates, confidence intervals, and a “winner” indicator when significance is reached.
