Sales Automation
Most field service companies lose leads because they cannot respond fast enough. The Sales Agent responds instantly to inbound inquiries — via chat, SMS, or the website — with contextual, helpful responses. It qualifies the lead by understanding the service needed, urgency, property details, and budget range.
How It Works
The agent receives the conversation history, customer context (if returning), and available services. It uses a multi-step prompt that guides the conversation from greeting → qualification → service recommendation → appointment booking. At any point, it can escalate to a human when the situation is beyond its scope.
