Appointment Booking
The booking flow exposes available time slots based on technician availability, job duration estimates, and territory constraints. Customers select a date, see available slots, and book. The job is automatically assigned to the matched technician.
How It Works
Available slots are computed by subtracting existing bookings, buffer time between jobs, and travel time from the technician’s working hours. The AI suggests the best slots (minimal travel, balanced workload) which appear highlighted in the picker.
