Dispatch Decision Support

Dispatching is about more than availability. A great dispatcher considers performance history, customer feedback, and job complexity. The TechnicianScoreCard surfaces these factors: completion rate, average job time, customer rating, and certifications.

How It Works

The DispatchAISuggestions component evaluates pending jobs against available technicians, combining real-time availability with historical performance data. Each suggestion includes a confidence score and the reasoning behind the recommendation.
