TL;DR: Lead management is live with a Kanban pipeline view, source tracking, and automatic follow-up reminders. The sales funnel is now visible and manageable.

- Built Leads module with Kanban board (New → Contacted → Qualified → Won/Lost)
- Added lead source tracking (website, referral, Thumbtack, Google)
- Implemented automated follow-up reminders via notification system
Lead Pipeline
The Kanban board gives sales teams a visual pipeline. Cards show lead name, source, value, and age. Dragging a card between columns triggers status-change validation (e.g., a lead cannot move to Qualified without a note) and audit logging.
How It Works
Leads are created manually or via API integrations (Thumbtack, website forms). Each lead tracks: contact info, source, estimated value, assigned salesperson, and interaction history. The pipeline calculates conversion rates per stage for performance tracking.
