Dashboard KPIs
The owner dashboard surfaces the metrics that matter: revenue (this month vs. last), job completion rate, average response time, customer satisfaction, and technician utilization. Each metric is clickable for a detailed drill-down.
How It Works
Analytics queries run against materialized aggregations that update hourly. The dashboard fetches pre-computed metrics via dedicated API endpoints, avoiding expensive real-time calculations. Period comparisons show percentage change with directional arrows.

The Settings module — giving administrators control over their tenant configuration.
